In this free video tutorial, Unni Marie Berg of Anne Bonney Bags demonstrates how to make a very nice adjustable strap that is perfect for a cross-body bag or a regular shoulder bag. A metal sliding buckle allows for adjustment in length. Two swivel hooks connect to each end of the straps, rivets secure the swivel hook in place to the strap. If you don't want to use rivets, you can simply sew a reinforced box stitch to each end to secure the swivel hooks. Nice clear instructions will help you to master making a lovely adjustable bag strap for your bags.
