A PDF sewing pattern from Form Pattern Shop

A digital sewing pattern for a baseball hat with step-by-step sewing instructions, ready to print on 8.5 x 11" standard printer paper. An easy sewing project, and in a couple of hours you can sew a great custom baseball hat. A 1/2” seam allowance is already on the pattern which is indicated by notches. Suggested fabrics for a baseball hat are woven fabrics such as denim, cotton, or canvas. Sturdy knit fabrics with a medium weight value when used with non-stretch interfacing.


You will need:

  • 1/4 yard woven fabric - fabric requirement is calculated for 60" wide fabric.

  • 1/4 yard heavyweight woven

  • 1 brim or brim material
