Flat-Bottom Drawstring Bag – Sew and Sell

The Octagana Bag with a drawstring closure keeps all items safe inside. Designed with a large opening so you can see all items inside easily. Optional inside zippered interior pocket can hold even your smallest items safe such as jewelry or keepsakes. Four flexible hollow bindings at the top side walls encase the drawstring. Pulled at each side, the bag closes. Three sizes included with this digital sewing pattern. This simple sewing project takes less than one hour to sew one of these fun bags.

1. size small: 9″ wide x 9″ high x 3″ deep (can be made with just 2 fat quarters)

2. size medium: 12″ wide x 12″ high x 4″ deep (can be made with 3 fat quarters)

3. size large: 16″ wide x 16″ high x 4″ deep

Sewing Supplies:

1. fabric (2/3 yard for small size

2. 1 yard for medium size

3. 1 1/4 yard for large size

4. fusible interfacing

5. small nylon zipper for optional pocket

6. para-cord/drawstring cord

7. two toggle cord locks
