Children's Backpack - Multi-size Sewing Pattern

The perfect backpack for kindergarten or preschool. An easy sew even for beginners. An inner drawstring closure, with a flap exterior closure to keep everything safe inside. One simple interior pocket. Elasticized side pockets for water bottles and adjustable straps to lengthen or shorten as needed.

For this backpack sewing project, you will need a half-yard of fabric, 1 zipper, interfacing, elastic, 1.5m strap, string, strap adjustment, ring, and a magnetic snap. The small backpack measures 17cm by 11cm by 20cm / 6.7" by 4.3" by 7.8". The larger backpack measures 21cm x 13cm x 24cm / 8.2" x 5.1" x 9.5". A free video tutorial will help you sew each step.
