The Plaidy Cake Quilt Pattern
Cluck Cluck Sew

Motivated by her new fabric collection Clover & Dot, Allison from Cluck Cluck Sew created the Plaidy Cake quilt pattern. Drawing inspiration from the Basket Case quilt pattern, featuring a plaid woven design composed of two fabric blocks. The blocks are rotated in the end to create the cozy plaid look.


Finished sizes:

  • Crib - 40" x 50"

  • Throw - 60" x 70"

  • Twin - 70" x 90"

  • Queen - 100" x 100"

  • King - 100" x 110"


This pattern would make an amazing Christmas quilt! In addition to layer cakes, this quilt can also be made using fat quarters.
