Sew the Clearly Carry-All Pouch + Sew and Sell

A fat-quarter-friendly intermediate pattern from Minki Kim of Sewing Illustration. These oh-so very practical clear vinyl, fat quarter-friendly pouches measure 7 1/2˝ (19cm) wide by 3˝ (7.5cm) high by 6 1/2’’ (16.5cm) deep once completed. Perfect for craft or sewing supplies, cosmetics, small toys, travel, keepsakes, and more. Clearly Carry-All pouches make thoughtful gifts that are easy to customize.


You will need:

  • fat quarter quilting cotton for the exterior

  • fat quarter quilting cotton for the lining

  • fat eighth quilting cotton for the binding

  • fat quarter foam stabilizer such as Soft and Stable

  • clear vinyl

  • 1 double slide zipper

  • some binding clips

  • a fabric pen such as a Frixion pen

  • scissors for trimming the zipper tape

  • washi tape or masking tape

  • the PDF pattern

About Minki Kim:

Minki Kim is an artist originally from Korea but now calls California her home! Minki is a very talented fabric designer for Riley Blake Designs and a pattern designer with a whimsical style. As a formally trained sculptor and self-taught sewer, she found that designing fabrics and creating art with fabric and thread were natural steps in her evolution as an artist. She discovered sewing as a creative outlet when her children were small. Minki Kim is the author of; Sew Illustrated, Diary in Stitches, Zakka from the Heart, and Zakka Wool Applique, all of which can be found at C&T Publishing.
