Purse covers are a great solution to have the bag you want, without sewing an entire handbag yourself from start to finish.  Scruffy, over at Set to Stunning, created this purse cover after she saw another her friend had sewn up.  She likes purse covers because she can change out the look of the purse depending on her outfit or mood.
