Clever Carpet Bag PDF Sewing Pattern by U-Handbag

A pdf sewing pattern for U-Handbag‘s retro style Cavernous Carpet Bag.  Rouleaux handles and an internal tubular frame closure make this carpet bag so easy to access.  The internal frame closure is spring loaded so your bag stays open or closed, exactly as you like.  I found a shop at Etsy that carries these internal frames.  This sewing pattern has been designated as intermediate by the designer.  The smaller bag measures 11″ wide x 7″ high x 4.5″ deep, and the larger bag measures 19″ wide x 9″ high x 5″ deep which is quite a nice size.

What is Serger Differential?

Aurora Sisneros demonstrates the many ways to use a differential when sewing fabrics. Learn how to change the levels of the differential as well as how the differential works with a variety of fabrics. Find out how you can best utilize a differential at home.” National Sewing Circle
