A PDF sewing pattern from Vicki Elle Handmade to sew a lovely folding diaper clutch wallet and baby changing mat. The two-pocket clutch wallet is lightly padded and fully lined with a Velcro fastener for fast and easy adjustments. The coordinating baby change mat can be sewn with either a fabric or waterproof backing such as laminated cotton, or vinyl and stored neatly inside the diaper clutch wallet. The baby change mat is also lightly padded for structure and softness with optional waterproofing on one side.
