Beanie Hat Sewing Pattern for Kids & Babies – Easy DIY Project
Evelinpatterns

This digital sewing pattern from Evelin Patterns for a child's beanie hat is the perfect sewing project for beginners! Designed for head circumferences between 40–56 cm (15.3–22.6 inches), it’s a great way to create a cozy, ear-covering hat that kids will actually want to wear—especially on chilly days. Just measure the head's circumference for a tailored fit.

The digital sewing pattern comes in A4 format, with seam allowances not included, allowing you to customize the fit. If you're in North America (where letter size paper is standard), you can usually still print A4 patterns—just make sure your printer settings are adjusted to "actual size" or "100% scale" and not "fit to page" to preserve accuracy.

Suggested fabrics for this sewing project include knit fabric or French terry.
