Sharon Sews, who designed these little novelty bags, originally designed them as silverware pouches.  You can download the free Witch Boot/Stocking template here.  This FREE PDF will open up in Google docs. (You need a google/gmail account.)  I think I would add little wrist straps or hanging loops at the top of each bag. Please note this is a hand drawn pattern.
