1. two fat quarters,

2. a strip of accent fabric – 1/8th of a yard would be plenty

3. another strip for your handles – 1/8 of a yard by width of fabric will be more than enough

4. a piece of felt for your initial/monogram

5. some sort of fabric flower to embellish  [tutorials for fabric flowers here]
